As lifelong foodies, our happiest moments were always spent exploring flavors and cultures, and Herban Vegans became the vessel to express that love creatively. From our very first cart at Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market to opening our first brick-and-mortar less than a year later, our journey has always been about staying true to what we enjoy most — food that is plant-based, adventurous, multicultural, inclusive, and inspiring.
Today, Herban Vegans has grown into a canvas for culinary innovation. Whether through our restaurant, signature catering, immersive dining events, or special collaborations, we present plant-based cuisine as something bigger than a meal — an invitation to curiosity, connection, and discovery. We aim to surprise, to delight, and to prove that plant-based dining can be both elevated and welcoming. We transcend labels, attracting even those who aren’t vegan. This is our ultimate goal! It's just great food at the end of the day! And we get to do our part for the planet in a delicious way.
