As lifelong foodies, our happiest moments were always spent exploring flavors and cultures, and Herban Vegans became the vessel to express that love creatively. From our very first cart at Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market to opening our first brick-and-mortar just a year later, our journey has always been about staying true to what we enjoy most — food that is plant-based, adventurous, multicultural, and inspiring.
Today, Herban Vegans has grown into a canvas for culinary innovation. Whether through our signature catering, immersive dining events, or special collaborations, we present plant-based cuisine as something bigger than a meal — an invitation to curiosity, connection, and discovery.
